When requesting an invoice Please be sure to include the following:

Your Method of payment ie: Check, Money Order, or PayPal!
Your shipping address, including Zip Code, so I may quote shipping when applicable.
Item number or description.
Total number of each Item(s) you wish to purchase.
Any special instructions ie: Color, unfinished, and painted or perhaps you have a request for your favorite wood.
I will respond swiftly to your inquiries or purchase requests.
Please note: Some item prices already include shipping/handling costs in the listed price.

I do accept personal checks drawn on a U.S. bank. However, this may delay shipping up to 10 days for your check to clear the bank!

Shipping Policies:

Combining Multiple Purchases

Buyers pay all shipping and handling costs.
I will gladly combine shipping orders, to save you money on shipping costs.
Please note: Some item prices already include shipping/handling costs in the listed price. If the shipping/handling costs are not included those item(s) will have a disclaimer to that effect.
You must let me know that you intend to purchase multiple items.
I will hold your invoice for up to 3 days.
I will only combine shipping rates for items paid for on the same invoice!

Methods of shipping:

International buyers please request a shipping quote prior to purchase!

Items shipped in the USA (under 3 pounds or over 13 ounces) will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, unless other classes of shipping are requested and apply.
First Class | Parcel Post | Book Rate | are available upon request. If the package meets USPS requirements.
Anything under 13 ounces is sent USPS First Class, unless the buyer requests (and pays for) an upgrade to Priority Mail.
Very heavy or bulky packages (over 3 pounds) will ship Parcel Post or in a Flat Rate Priority container if it will fit.
Heavier parcels will ship via UPS Ground.

Shipping Fees:

Prices quoted apply for U.S. destinations only !
All International orders must request actual shipping fees. Prior to purchase.

For my Canadian friends, there will be an additional fee of ** $1.00** US for insurance.
International friends also will be responsible for GST, VAT, and Customs Fees if incurred.
Under No Circumstances will I mark the package as a gift.

I typically ship on Tuesdays and Fridays (excluding holidays).

Insuring your Item(s):

I require insurance on all items shipped.
Insurance Fee is included in prices quoted (with the exception of Personalized Signs).

Terms & Conditions:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me to resolve your concerns.
Possible remedies may include a refund of purchase price (less S&H), or an exchange, upon return of purchased item(s) in same condition item(s) were sent.
All items are inspected mutiple times for quality before shipping, to ensure your satisfaction.
If damage occurs during shipping, please, email me immediately.
Claims may only be filed within 10 days of receipt of item(s). Please retain all boxes and packing materials for inspection.

The website does not store customer information. All correspondence is via e-mail.

4. Finally, I never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
